- If the carrier marks an order as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not liable for packages stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
- All our shipments are covered by shipping insurance.
- If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
- For missing items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package.
